Junior Staff (Counselors)
Staff members who are in their Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year of college. Running collegiately is not a requirement but preferred. Must be motivated, passionate about running, and have good interpersonal & communication skills. Job duties include but are not limited to: Running and spotting on trails, supervising camper activities, setting up and facilitating for events (i.e. Ice Cream social, activity night), assisting Senior Staff, dorm duty, and more!
Staff members who have graduated college and have experience in the running or teaching community. Must be motivated, passionate about running, and have good interpersonal & communication skills.
Job duties include but are not limited to: Running and spotting on trails, facilitating challenge courses, overseeing camp activities, assisting JCs when necessary, speaking sessions, dorm duty, and other duties assigned.

Attention All Staff
Staff for will need to be available to arrive on the evening of June 30th to report for training the morning of July 1st and a staff celebration will take place that night.
Week 2 & 3
Staff needs to be available to arrive Saturday morning (July 8 & 15) and staff training will take place on Saturday (July 8 & 15).
Early arrival staff will need to arrive on June 28. Set-Up begins the Afternoon of June 28 for those available and All Early Arrival Staff will be expected to begin Set Up at 9 am on June 29.
Senior Staff & Junior Counselors

To be considered, you must select the week or weeks you are available.
Applying for all 3 weeks does not guarantee employment for 3 weeks.
Add each of the weeks you are available to your cart and then click continue on your shopping cart to complete registration.
New applicants will be contacted to arrange a skype interview with the selection committee.
Two references with contact information need to be provided on your application for all NEW (JR & SR) staff, one of those must email a letter of recommendation for your application to be considered.
Have a letter of recommendation with your name in the subject line sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by the application deadline.
LOR must be written by a previous or current coach, mentor, or teacher/professor.
New staff applications without a letter of recommendation will not be considered.
All staff is subject to a background check based on the information collected in the application.
You must be available to arrive for training the Saturday before your session begins and stay until noon on Saturday when your weekends.
Staff will be notified on or before April 1st of our employment decision and which weeks you are hired for.
If hired, you will be provided with a contract and must return a signed copy of your contract for employment.
